Every Feméra order is packed with care and shipped from within the EU. Here is everything you need to know about getting your ritual to your door.

Delivery times

• Switzerland: 2–4 business days
• Germany, Austria & EU: 3–6 business days
• Rest of world: 6–12 business days

Shipping costs

Enjoy free shipping on every order over CHF 80. For orders below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Dispatch & tracking

Orders placed before 2 pm CET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
